It comes down to the cans you'll be drinking.
Standard cans
The can cooler holds a 12 or 16 oz can or a 12 oz bottle: beer, soda and most craft cans.
Slim cans
The slim can cooler is made for the taller, thinner 12 oz cans seltzers come in, and fits most cup holders.
How they work
Screw off the rubber top, put the drink inside and screw the top back on. It holds the can snugly, and the insulated steel keeps it cold.
Party favors
Can coolers make easy wedding, bachelor and bachelorette favors. A name on each is quoted: ask us.
How the engraving looks
Laser engraving is one color: the can cooler itself, showing through. There is no ink to wear off in the cooler.
Powder coated colors
The laser takes off the colored coating and the bright steel underneath shows through. There is no ink, so the engraving can't chip or wash off.
Bare stainless steel
On the plain stainless cups the engraving comes out black, a crisp, dark mark on the brushed steel.

What cans fit the can cooler?
The standard can cooler holds a 12 or 16 oz can or a 12 oz bottle. For the taller, thinner 12 oz cans seltzers come in, choose the slim can cooler.
How is a stainless can cooler different from a foam one?
It is double-wall vacuum insulated stainless steel with a rubber top that screws on, so it holds the can snugly, keeps it cold, and the engraving lasts as long as the can cooler does.
Can each can cooler have a different name?
Yes, by quote: send us the names with a quote request below and we'll send a price and a proof of every one.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes: 12 of a color, and the price of each drops as you order more. Each color counts on its own, so 12 black and 12 navy are two orders of 12, each at the 12 price.
How long does engraving take?
Your order is ready 8 business days after you approve the proof. Need them sooner? Choose rush in the designer, or call us at 845-202-7600 and we'll tell you what's possible.
Are they dishwasher safe?
Polar Camel doesn't list its can coolers as dishwasher safe, so we suggest washing them by hand.
What file do I need for my logo?
A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) engraves the crispest. A clear PNG or JPG works too, and if it has to be redrawn, we'll tell you about any charge before you approve anything.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, free, at our shop at 10 Corporate Park Drive, Suite D in Hopewell Junction, Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturday 12:30pm to 4:30pm. Or we ship it anywhere in the US.
