How a team store works
You send one link. We handle the orders, the payments and the packing.
- 1 We build your store Pick the garments and colors with us and approve a proof of every design. The store shows each design on every color you offer, front and back.
- 2 Families order and pay Share the link. Each family picks sizes and pays by card at checkout, with no card fees added. The store closes on the date you choose, usually after two weeks.
- 3 We deliver it bagged by name Everything is made together in one run, ready about 10 business days after the store closes. Each order is bagged and labeled with the player's name and delivered free to your school or field.
The Proof Promise. You approve a proof of every design before the store opens. If what we deliver doesn't match that proof, we reprint it free.
What your group gets
Fundraising built in
Add a dollar amount or a percent to each item for your team. It's part of the price families see, the store can show progress toward your goal, and we pay it to your group by check or ACH. For example, add $5 to each hoodie, and 60 hoodies ordered raise $300.
Paid when they order
No envelopes of cash and no chasing checks. Every order is paid by card at checkout, and the receipt goes straight to the family.
The real garment, every color
Families see your design on the exact color they pick, front and back, so what arrives is what they expected.
Private if you want
Give the store an access code and keep it off the public list. Only people with the link and the code can order.
Sorted for handout
Ask for a team, grade or level at checkout. Bags come labeled with the name and group, so handing them out takes minutes, not an evening. Bagging and labeling are included.
Ship to home, if you like
Turn on shipping and families who can't make the handout can have theirs sent home, at the rate for their address.
Common questions
Do I have to collect sizes or money?
No. Each family orders their own sizes and pays by card when they order. You send the link and we take it from there.
How does the fundraising work?
You choose a dollar amount or a percent to add to each item, and it can differ by item. It's built into the price families see, and you decide whether the store shows it. We pay it to your group by check or ACH, your choice, within 14 days of everything being made and delivered. Before we pay it, we'll ask for your group's W-9.
Can the school pay by purchase order?
In a team store, each family pays for its own order by card. When the school, district or league buys gear itself, outside a store, we take purchase orders on approved accounts and handle the tax-exempt paperwork. Apply for an account online; our W-9 and certificate of insurance are on the vendor setup page.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Families order as many or as few as they like. If a screen-printed design sells fewer than 24 pieces, we print it by transfer instead, at the same price.
How long does it take?
A typical store is open for two weeks, and everything is ready about 10 business days after it closes. Need the gear by a certain date? Tell us and we'll plan the close date back from it. The ready-by date is shown right on the store, so nobody has to ask.
Can the store be private?
Yes. A store can have an access code and stay off the public list. Families need both the link and the code to order.
What if someone isn't sure of a size?
Everything is made to order after the store closes, so the store links to our sizing guide next to every size choice. Anyone still unsure can call us at 845-202-7600 before ordering.

T-shirts, hoodies, hats, polos, jackets and more from the brands in our apparel catalog, screen printed, embroidered or printed in full color. We'll help you pick a lineup that fits your budget.
