Vinyl banner prices
Banners are priced by the square foot, and each side is rounded up to the next whole foot. One banner or twenty, the price per banner is the same.
13 oz vinyl: $4.50 a sq ft
The standard banner, indoors or out: events, sales, grand openings and parties.
15 oz vinyl: $5.50 a sq ft
Heavier, with better opacity, so less sun shows through the print.
18 oz heavy duty: $6.25 a sq ft
For banners that stay up and spots with high wind. The only vinyl printed on both sides, at $9.00 a sq ft.
Mesh: $7.00 a sq ft

13 oz, 15 oz or 18 oz: which vinyl to choose
All three are printed in full color and made for outdoors. The difference is weight, opacity and how long a banner is meant to stay up.
- A weekend, a sale or an event: 13 oz is the everyday choice, and the least expensive.
- Hung where the sun shines through it: 15 oz is heavier and blocks more light, so the print stays bright from the front.
- Up for months, or on a windy wall: 18 oz heavy duty is the toughest, and the one to choose for printing both sides.
- On a fence, or anywhere the wind is strong: heavier vinyl is stronger, but it still catches the wind like a sail. Mesh lets the air through.
Grommets, pole pockets, rope and wind slits
Every banner comes hemmed on all four sides with grommets every 2 feet and in every corner, at no charge. The rest is up to you.
Hem and grommets
Included on every banner: a folded, finished edge and metal grommets, ready to tie up with rope, zip ties or bungee cords.
Pole pockets
A sleeve for a pole or a banner stand, top, bottom or sides, in place of the grommets. $1.50 a running foot, plus $15.00 once an order.
Rope in the hem
Rope sewn into the top or bottom hem, for long banners pulled tight between two points. $1.50 a running foot.
Wind slits
Small cuts that let some air through a banner hung in the open. $0.75 a square foot. For a fence or a windy corner, mesh does the job better.
How big can a banner be?
Up to 120 inches on the short side and 95 feet long, printed in one piece. Bigger than that, we seam it and quote it for you.
- 2 x 4 or 2 x 6 feet: the front of a table at an event, a booth, or a classroom wall.
- 3 x 6 feet: the go-to storefront and grand opening banner, readable from the parking lot.
- 4 x 8 or 4 x 10 feet: building fronts, fences and anything read from the road.
- Long and narrow: over a doorway or across a stage, up to 95 feet in one piece.

How to hang a vinyl banner
A banner looks its best pulled flat and snug at every corner. A few ways to put one up:
- On a fence or a railing: zip ties or bungee cords through every grommet. Bungees give a little in the wind.
- On a wall: screws or hooks through the corner grommets, then the ones between, so it doesn't sag.
- Between two posts: rope through the grommets, or rope sewn into the hem, pulled tight.
- On a pole or a frame: order pole pockets instead of grommets, sized for your pole.
- Taking it down: roll it with the print facing out instead of folding it, and it stores without creases.

A 3 x 6 foot banner is $81.00 on 13 oz vinyl, $99.00 on 15 oz and $112.50 on 18 oz heavy duty, hemmed and grommeted.
Which vinyl should I choose?
13 oz for events, sales and most banners; 15 oz where the sun shines through it; 18 oz heavy duty for banners that stay up for months or face strong wind, and for printing both sides.
Do I need wind slits?
Usually not. Slits let a little air through a banner hung in the open. On a fence or a windy corner, a mesh banner lets far more wind through and stays up better.
