When to order holiday gifts
Gifts with a logo take time: a proof first, then the engraving, stitching or printing. Each date below is the last day to order this season for gifts ready to pick up at our shop before the holidays. Our shop sets them from how long each gift takes and the days we're closed.
The proof date is the one that counts. Every gift's time starts when you approve its proof. The order-by dates allow a business day for us to send the proof and one for you to approve it, so a proof that sits for a few days moves the ready date back by those days.

These dates are for pickup at our shop. Shipping adds the carrier's days, and carriers run slower from mid-November through December, so checkout shows the arrival date for each address. Cards we print, address and mail for you are planned on their own quote, back from the day you'd like them to arrive. Past a date? Many items have a rush option for an added charge: embroidered apparel can be ready in 3 to 5 business days for 25% more. Call us and we'll tell you what can still make it.

We print your cards, address them from your list, stuff and stamp them and take them to the post office. You sign them first if you'd like, and that's the whole job on your end.

A holiday store: each person picks their own size
Giving the team a quarter-zip or a hoodie? Skip the size spreadsheet. We set up a private online store with the gifts you choose, each person picks a size (and a color, if you offer more than one), and everything is made together once the store closes.
- Timing for this year. To have everything ready by Friday, December 18, open the store by Friday, November 20 and close it by Friday, December 4. The gifts are ready 10 business days after it closes.
- The company can pay. Tell us how you'd like to fund it, and we'll set up the billing with you.
- Delivered the way you want. In one box to the office, to each person's home, or picked up at our shop.
- For a team, a school or a club, too. A team store lets families order their own sizes.

What is the last day to order holiday gifts?
It depends on the gift. Embroidered apparel is ready 10 business days after you approve the proof, engraved tumblers 8 business days and holiday cards 6 to 7 business days. The order-by table on this page gives the last day to order each gift this season.
Can you ship a gift to each client?
Yes. Send us a list of names and addresses and we pack each gift and ship it to its own address, with the shipping shown before you pay. Or pick everything up at our shop for free and hand them out yourself.
Can each gift carry a person's name?
Yes. Desk name plates are made one name at a time, and embroidered apparel can have a name stitched on for $8 for one line. A different name on each tumbler is quoted. Send the names exactly as they should read, and you'll see every one on the proof.
What are the minimums?
Engraved tumblers start at 12, engraved pens at 50 and holiday cards at 10. Desk name plates start at one. For embroidered apparel it depends on the style, and corporate gifts are quoted for the number you need.
Can we see the gift before we order?
Our online designers show your logo on the tumbler, pen, name plate or card as you design, and you approve a proof before anything is made. We don't send sample garments, but you're welcome to stop by the shop to see our work.
We missed a date. Is there a rush option?
Often, yes, for an added charge shown before you order. Embroidered apparel can be ready in 3 to 5 business days for 25% more on many orders. Call 845-202-7600 and we'll tell you what can still be ready in time.
Can we pay on a purchase order or by invoice?
Yes, on an approved account with Net 30 terms. Apply for an account online, and see our vendor setup page for our W-9 and tax-exempt paperwork.
