The card and the printing
Waterproof cards are 3.5 by 2 inches on a 16 pt synthetic stock: waterproof, tear resistant, made with no tree fiber and recyclable, with a smooth matte surface. They are printed in full color on one side or both, in 100, 250, 500 or 1,000. The same stock comes in 4 by 6, 5 by 7, 5.5 by 8.5 and 4 by 9 cards. Design yours online, or upload your own file.
Where waterproof cards earn their keep
Hand a card across a boat, leave one in a mailbox in the rain, tuck one into a toolbox or tape one to a pool pump: a paper card wrinkles and fades, a waterproof card shrugs it off. They are also good for menus and price cards on a counter that gets wiped down, and for service reminders that live in a garage.

The same synthetic stock comes in 4 by 6, 5 by 7 and 5.5 by 8.5 cards and in 4 by 9 rack cards: outdoor price lists, garden center plant cards, trail maps and dock rules that need to last a season.
Writing on a waterproof card
Permanent markers and most ballpoint pens write on the matte surface; some gel and water-based inks smear before they dry, so try yours first. For a card that is mostly written on, such as an appointment card, a writable paper card may suit you better.
How ordering works
Design it online: start from one of our templates or your own logo, or upload a print-ready file in the designer, and see the price for every quantity as you go. The price is for the whole order, from 100, and the more you order, the less each one costs. We check every file and send a proof within 1 business day, and nothing is made until you approve it. It is ready to pick up or ships 6 to 7 business days after you approve the proof. Pick it up free at our Hopewell Junction shop, or we ship it anywhere in the US.
Questions about waterproof business cards
Are waterproof business cards plastic?
They are a synthetic stock rather than paper: it feels like a smooth matte card, but water does not soak in and it does not tear. It is made with no tree fiber and is recyclable.
Can I write on them?

How many can I order?

How long do waterproof cards take?
