Business Holiday Cards

What it's for

A holiday card is the one piece of mail your clients expect from you and are glad to get. Banks, law and accounting firms, real estate offices, contractors, medical practices and shops all send them, to say thank you for the year and to stay on the mantel into January. These are folded cards with your logo or photo on the front, your message printed inside and room to sign, and we will check every name and word with you on the proof.

Sizes, paper and printing

Business holiday cards are folded greeting cards printed in full color on thick 14 point card, outside and inside, with a plain white envelope for each card. Choose 5 by 7 inches, A2 (4.25 by 5.5) or 5.5 by 8.5, folded at the side or the top, on Glossy, Matte or Writable paper. Design yours online from a design made for your logo, with an inside signed from all of us at your company, or a photo card for your team, or upload your own design.

Which greeting to choose

Season's Greetings or Happy Holidays suits a client list of every background. Many businesses order a second design for the people they know celebrate Christmas or Hanukkah, and some send a New Year card instead, which can go out the last week of December.

What goes inside

A short thank you for the year, a wish for the season and your sign-off: two or three lines is plenty. Every template has one written; change it to your own words. Sign each card if you can, or choose the design with lines inside for the whole team to sign. Writable paper takes any pen.

When to order

To have cards in hand with time to sign, address and mail them before the holidays, approve your proof by the first week of December. Cards are printed in the business days the designer shows, and it gives one date: the day they are ready to pick up free in Hopewell Junction or ship to you.

A touch of gold foil

Gold or silver foil on your logo or the greeting makes a holiday card clients keep on the desk. Our foil greeting cards start from the same holiday designs: mark what should shine, and see the sizes, prices and timing on their page.

Addressed and mailed for you

If December is too busy to address a few hundred envelopes, our holiday card service prints the cards, addresses them from your list, stamps them and takes them to the post office. For return address envelopes to send them yourself, use the envelope designer, and add address labels if you like.

How ordering works

Design it online: start from one of our templates or your own logo, or upload a print-ready file in the designer, and see the price for every quantity as you go. The price is for the whole order, from 10, and the more you order, the less each one costs. We check every file and send a proof within 1 business day, and nothing is made until you approve it. It is ready to pick up or ships 6 to 7 business days after you approve the proof. Pick it up free at our Hopewell Junction shop, or we ship it anywhere in the US.
