Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to find, price and order what they need on this site. If something gets in your way, call or email us and we'll help you place the order.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

How we check

Every page is checked with automated tests for things like headings, labels on form fields, text alternatives for images and page layout on narrow screens. We also try the site on real phones, tablets and computers.

Automated tests don't catch everything. Some parts of the site, such as the online designers where you drag and place artwork, may be hard to use with a screen reader or a keyboard alone.

Get help ordering

If any part of the site doesn't work for you, contact us and we'll help you order by phone or email, and send you a proof to approve like any other order.

• Call 845-202-7600, Mon to Fri 10am to 6pm or Sat 12:30 to 4:30pm.
• Email cs@hvpromos.com any time.

Report a problem

If you find something on the site that's hard to use, tell us which page it was on, what you were trying to do and what device or assistive technology you were using. We read every report and use it to fix the site.
