Event Booth Kit: your whole booth in one order

Three pieces, each printed in full color with your design: an event tent, 10' × 10', 10' × 15' or 10' × 20', the printed canopy on its aluminum frame with a carry bag; a printed table cover for a 6 ft or an 8 ft table, closed on all four sides, either a fitted cover or a closed-back throw; and a printed tent wall, full or half. You choose the tent, the table size, the cover and the wall.

A 10' × 10' is the standard space at most fairs, markets and trade shows, with room for a table and a banner stand. A 10' × 15' or 10' × 20' gives you room for a second table, a display or a line, and its full wall is the long wall at the back, 15 or 20 ft across, so your backdrop runs the length of the booth. Check the space your event gives you before you order. The kit is from $1,054.59 with a 10' × 10', $1,423.59 with a 10' × 15' and $1,707.09 with a 10' × 20'.

The kit is 10% off the three pieces at their own prices. With a 10' × 10' tent, a 6 ft fitted cover and a full wall it is $1,133.81, a saving of $125.97; with a 10' × 20' tent, an 8 ft closed-back throw and its 20 ft back wall it is $2,177.52, a saving of $241.94. The kit starts at $1,054.59 with a 10' × 10' tent, 6 ft fitted cover and a half wall. Order more of a piece, two table covers for one, and the discount covers them too.

Both are closed on all four sides, so the table looks the same from every angle and the boxes under it stay out of sight. A fitted cover is tailored to the table with boxed corners, for a clean, finished look. A throw drapes loose to the floor and fits more kinds of tables. Your design goes on the front of either.

Both fit under any of the tents. Under a 10' × 10', an 8 ft table fills most of the front; a 6 ft table leaves about four feet beside it for a retractable banner stand or a flag. The bigger tents have room for either and more. Many venues supply 6 ft tables, so it is worth asking before you order.

A full wall closes a side of the tent, from under the canopy to about 4" off the ground: a backdrop people read from across the field, and a wind break. On a 10' × 15' or 10' × 20' the kit's full wall is the long wall at the back. A half wall is about 39" tall and hangs from its own pole, held to the tent's legs by two clamps that come with it, so it marks your space and still lets people see in; it fits a 10 ft side, so on the bigger tents it goes on one of the ends.

Each piece opens in its own designer, set to the kit's sizes: the tent, then the table cover, then the wall. Every piece is made to order and ships 2 to 3 business days after you approve your proofs, plus transit time. The tent and the wall ship free; the table cover ships at the rate shown at checkout. The kit ships straight to you and is not available for pickup. Order about two weeks before your event to leave room for a change or two.
