Which size is right?
The bigger the day, the bigger the bottle.
Kids: 12 oz
The 12 oz bottle is made for younger kids, with a flip top and a straw, and fits most cup holders.
Every day: 20 oz
The 20 oz bottle goes to the gym, the desk and the car, and fits most cup holders.
Workouts: 32 oz
The 32 oz bottle holds a quart, with a flip top and straw, in standard and two-tone colors.
All day: 40 oz and up
The 40 oz bottle, the 64 oz jug and the one gallon jug are for long days outside.
The lids, explained
Each bottle comes with its own lid, and the loop lug lid can take its place when you design it. The price each is with the lid it comes with.
Standard bottle lid
The screw-on lid each bottle comes with. On the 12 and 32 oz it has an easy flip top and a straw that comes out for cleaning.
Comes with the 12 oz water bottle, 20 oz water bottle, 32 oz water bottle and 40 oz water bottle.
Loop lug lid
A screw-on lid with a carry loop, for clipping a bottle to a bag or carrying it on one finger.
Swap it on when you design: +$2.50 each on the 12 oz water bottle, 20 oz water bottle, 32 oz water bottle and 40 oz water bottle.
Chug lid
A leak resistant chug lid for big gulps, on a jug with a sturdy carry handle.
Comes with the 64 oz insulated jug and 128 oz insulated jug.
How the engraving looks
Laser engraving is one color: the bottle itself, showing through. There is no ink to wear off in the gym bag.
Powder coated colors
The laser takes off the colored coating and the bright steel underneath shows through. There is no ink, so the engraving can't chip or wash off.
Bare stainless steel
On the plain stainless cups the engraving comes out black, a crisp, dark mark on the brushed steel.
Two-tone colors
The two-tone colors engrave to the metal under the color: bright gold, rose gold, a rainbow prism or ghost black, depending on the cup.

Do the water bottles fit in a cup holder?
The 12 oz and 20 oz bottles fit most cup holders. The 32 oz and 40 oz bottles are wider, and Polar Camel doesn't list them as fitting cup holders.
Which bottles have a straw?
The 12 oz and 32 oz bottles have a screw-on flip-top lid with a rigid straw that comes out for cleaning. Any bottle can take the loop lug lid instead when you design it.
Is there a bottle for kids?
Yes, the 12 oz water bottle, and the 10 oz sippy cup for little ones.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes: 12 of a color, and the price of each drops as you order more. Each color counts on its own, so 12 black and 12 navy are two orders of 12, each at the 12 price.
What is the minimum on jugs?
4 jugs, and the price of each drops as you order more.
How long does engraving take?
Your order is ready 8 business days after you approve the proof. Need them sooner? Choose rush in the designer, or call us at 845-202-7600 and we'll tell you what's possible.
Are the water bottles dishwasher safe?
Polar Camel doesn't list its water bottles as dishwasher safe, so we suggest washing them by hand. The straws come out for easy cleaning.
Can you engrave a different name on each cup?
Yes, by quote. A different name on each cup, a second side or a full wrap is priced by hand: send us the list with a quote request below and we'll send a price and a proof of every name.

Yes, free, at our shop at 10 Corporate Park Drive, Suite D in Hopewell Junction, Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturday 12:30pm to 4:30pm. Or we ship it anywhere in the US.
