How it's made
Our promotional products come from supplier partners, not from our own machines, and we say so. What we look after is your artwork, your proof and your order, and it can go on the same order and invoice as your shirts, cards or banners. What you can price online today is in the promotional products shop.
Tumblers are laser engraved rather than printed. Engraving removes the powder coat instead of sitting on top of it, so the logo can't chip off, however often the tumbler is washed or knocked around.

What promotional products can I order online?
Right now, 20 oz insulated tumblers laser engraved with your logo, from $12.25 each at 250 or more (the minimum order is 12), and branded packaging, which we quote to your spec. For anything else, tell us what it is, how many you need and when, and we'll source it and send a price.
Why are the tumblers engraved instead of printed?
Tumblers get washed, knocked around and run through the dishwasher. Printed ink sits on top of the powder coat and can wear off. Laser engraving removes the coating itself, so the logo can't chip off.
Can I see my logo on the tumbler before I order?
Yes. In our tumbler designer you add your logo or words and see them engraved on the tumbler, in any of its 18 colors, with the price as you go. You also approve a proof before anything is engraved.
How long do tumblers take?
Tumblers are ready 8 business days after you approve your proof. Branded packaging takes about 21 business days, depending on what you're having made.
Are your promo products made in your shop?
No. Our promotional products come from supplier partners. We set up your logo, send you the proof and look after the order, and it can go on the same order and invoice as your shirts, cards or banners.
Can you put together kits or gift boxes?
Yes. We assemble kits, pack them, and ship them or hold them for pickup. We can also ship each kit to its own address, including to employees' homes. See kitting and fulfillment.
