A magnetic back adds $1.00 a tag, a pin and magnet $2.00, a swivel clip $1.25 and a pocket clip $1.00. Adding your logo is a one-time $20.00 setup. Bigger sizes cost a little more; the designer shows your price as you go.

Pin, magnet or clip: picking a back
Seven backs, each suited to a different uniform. Most people choose a pin or a magnet.
Pin
The standard back, included in the price. Holds on anything, and leaves a small hole.
Magnetic
No holes in clothing: a magnet on each side of the fabric. $1.00 more a tag.
Pin and magnet
Both backs on one tag, so each person can use either. $2.00 more.
Clips and posts
A swivel clip for a pocket or a lanyard, a pocket clip, a military post with clutch backs, or a peel and stick back.
A note on magnets: if the person wearing the tag has a pacemaker or another implanted medical device, choose a pin or a clip, since magnets should be kept away from those devices.
Sizes, colors and your logo

Four sizes
1" x 3" is the classic name tag. 1.5" x 3" and 2" x 3" fit a logo and a title; 1" x 2.5" is the small one.
Colors
Six plastic color pairs, three metal finishes and five full color bases, with square or rounded corners, or an oval.
Your logo
Upload it in the designer, or add it later. A one-time $20.00 setup for the whole order.
Layouts
Name only, name and title, or company, name and title, in a choice of fonts.
One tag, or the whole staff
Order a single tag for yourself, or every name at once.
- A whole team: design the tag once, then type or paste your list of names on the team name tag order. Every tag is priced as one order.
- One more for a new hire: reorder the same tag from your order email, change the name, and it matches the rest.

Can I order just one name tag?
Yes. Name tags start at one: an engraved plastic 1" x 3" tag with a pin back is $8.99, and the price per tag drops as you order more.
Magnetic or pin?
A magnet leaves no holes in clothing and adds $1.00 a tag; a pin is included and holds on anything. If the wearer has a pacemaker or another implanted device, choose a pin or a clip.
Can you add our logo?
Yes. Upload it in the designer, or add it later. A logo is a one-time $20.00 setup for the whole order.
How fast can I get them?
Name tags are ready 2 to 3 business days after you approve the proof. Pick them up free at our shop, or we ship them.
Can I upload a list of names?
Yes. Design the tag once, then type or paste every name on our team name tag order. Every tag is priced together as one order.
Do magnetic backs hurt clothing?
No. A magnetic back holds the tag through the fabric with no pin, so there are no holes. On a heavy sweater or a thick jacket, a pin or a clip holds better.
How do I order one more for a new hire?
Use the reorder link in your order email, change the name, and the new tag matches the rest. Or call us and we will do it for you.
