The corners, the papers and the printing
A 3.5 by 2 inch card, set wide or standing tall, with all four corners rounded at a 1/4 inch radius. Choose Standard (14 pt) or Premium (16 pt) card in glossy, matte or writable, Luxe (18 pt laminated), soft touch, pearl, kraft or waterproof, printed in full color on one side or both, at that paper's own quantities. Design yours online: choose Rounded under Corners, and the designer draws the corners on your card.
A small change people notice
Square corners bend and fray in a wallet; rounded ones stay neat. The soft outline also sets your card apart in a stack of square ones, without changing its size, so it still fits every card case and holder.
On almost every paper
Rounded corners come on our standard glossy, matte and writable cards, the thicker Premium and Luxe cards, soft touch, pearl, kraft and waterproof. They are not made on painted edge or ultra smooth cards, or on the square card; for a bolder shape, see our die-cut oval and leaf cards.

Designing for rounded corners
Keep words and logos a little in from the corners, as you would for any card. Backgrounds can run to the edge: we print past the trim and the corners are cut clean. Our rounded corner templates are drawn for it.
How ordering works
Design it online: start from one of our templates or your own logo, or upload a print-ready file in the designer, and see the price for every quantity as you go. The price is for the whole order, from 100, and the more you order, the less each one costs. We check every file and send a proof within 1 business day, and nothing is made until you approve it. It is ready to pick up or ships 4 to 5 business days after you approve the proof. Pick it up free at our Hopewell Junction shop, or we ship it anywhere in the US.

How round are the corners?
Each corner is cut at a 1/4 inch radius: clearly rounded, but the card still reads as a classic business card.
Which papers can have rounded corners?
Standard and Premium glossy and matte, Standard Writable, Luxe glossy and matte, soft touch, pearl, kraft and waterproof. Painted edge, ultra smooth and the square card come with square corners only.
Does it cost more?
A little. The designer shows the price with rounded corners for your paper and quantity, and the Corners choice shows what rounding adds.
How long do they take?
They are printed in the days the designer shows for your paper and quantity after you approve your proof, then ready for pickup at our shop or shipped to you. Where next day printing is offered for your paper, it can be rushed too.

Good to know
