The county offices are in Carmel, around the historic 1814 courthouse on Lake Gleneida, and the Town of Carmel has its town hall in Mahopac. Offices like these usually need a vendor number before anything else, so we keep it simple: apply for an account online, and while we review it your first order can go in as a purchase order request, with nothing charged until the account is approved.
