Built for how organizations buy
Schools, districts, fire companies and municipalities don't pay with a personal card. The account handles that.
- Purchase orders on approved accounts: give us your PO number and we invoice against it
- Net 30 terms on approved accounts
- Tax exemption: send your ST-119.1 or ST-120 with your account application. Once we approve it, your orders aren't charged tax while the certificate is valid. Government offices need no certificate.
- ACH bank transfer, card or Google Pay, and we never add a processing fee
Apply online in about five minutes. While we review it, you can already order as a purchase order request: nothing is charged, and it goes ahead once you're approved.

Rough rule: if you place more than four orders a year, or more than one person in your organization asks for branded things, yes.
Is there a fee?
No. A program is a way of working, not a subscription. You pay for what you order.
Do we have to commit to volume?
No minimum commitment. Larger standing volumes do earn better pricing, and we'll tell you when you cross a threshold rather than waiting for you to ask.
What if we already have a vendor for part of it?
That's fine. You can start with one category and add others once you've seen how it goes.
