What's your minimum order?
It depends on the process, not on us being awkward. Screen printing starts at 12 pieces because that's where screens become worth burning. DTF has no minimum at all. One shirt is fine. Name tags, plaques and banners are one. Yard signs start at 10, or one at 24" x 36", and most promotional products have supplier minimums between 25 and 100.
How fast can you turn something around?
Banners are 2 to 4 business days and apparel about 10. Business cards, postcards, flyers, bookmarks and yard signs are printed in the days the designer shows, plus about 2 business days to reach our shop for pickup, or shipped straight to you. The important part: that clock starts when you approve the proof, not when you place the order, so approving quickly is the single biggest thing you control. Need it faster? Rush printing prints business cards, postcards, flyers, bookmarks and yard signs the next business day when you order by 11 AM Eastern, with no separate proof: the design on your screen is what prints. Banners, signs and stickers have their own rush; for apparel and name tags, call 845-202-7600. Most product pages tell you the actual in-hands date.
I don't have artwork. Can you make something?
Yes. Design is $50 on banners, signs and stickers and $65 elsewhere, and it's a real designer rather than a template. If you have an old logo that only exists as a low-res JPG, we can redraw it as vector, usually $35 to $75. One-off, and we keep it on file for every reorder.
Do you print on things I supply?
Often, yes. Customer-supplied garments are common. Two caveats: we can't guarantee a garment we didn't source, and if something goes wrong in production we can replace the printing but not your shirt. For that reason we usually ask for a couple of spares.
Can I see it before you make 200 of them?
You will, whether you ask or not. Every custom order gets a digital proof and nothing goes into production until you approve it. For large or complicated apparel runs we can also do a press proof (one physical piece before the rest) for the cost of the piece.
What if it arrives wrong?
If it doesn't match the proof you approved, or it arrives damaged or defective, tell us within 72 hours of delivery or pickup, with photos, and we reprint or replace it free. If the proof you approved was wrong, we'll still help, usually at cost, but that's why the proof matters. Check spelling, phone numbers and dates especially; those are what people miss. Returns and reprints.
Do you deliver, or do I collect?
Pickup at our Hopewell Junction shop is free on everything we make in our shop. Nearby, we can also bring it to you; call to ask. Otherwise we ship it, with the shipping charge shown before you pay. A few items ship straight to you, so they can't be picked up. Pickup, delivery and shipping.
Can we pay on a purchase order?
Yes, on approved accounts: purchase orders and Net 30. Apply for an account online; you can send a purchase order request while we review it. Cards, Google Pay and ACH work for everyone. We're set up for schools, districts, municipalities and fire companies. Upload your ST-119.1 or ST-120 at checkout: we charge the tax on that order and refund it once we approve your certificate, and after that your orders aren't charged tax while it's valid. Still not sure?
Call and describe it in your own words. We'd rather spend five minutes on the phone than have you order the wrong thing.
