How a spirit wear sale works
A spirit wear sale runs as a team store: your school's own store, open for the dates you choose. Your part is choosing the lineup and sharing the link. We take the orders, the payments, the printing and the packing.

We decorate each item the way that suits it, and the store's price covers it. Here's what each one is best for.
Screen printing
Bold school colors on tees and hoodies, up to 6 ink colors, from 12 pieces. In a store, a design that sells only a few is printed by transfer instead, at the same price. About screen printing.
Full color
For a design with a photo, a gradient or lots of colors, printed in full color with no minimum, so even a design that sells a handful of pieces looks right.
Embroidery
For hats, beanies, polos and quarter-zips: the logo is digitized once for $35, and the stitching is from $8 a logo. About our embroidery.
Names on the back
Every student's name on the back of a class shirt, or a name on a team hoodie, heat applied in our shop.
How the fundraising works
You choose an amount to add to each item for your PTA, PTO or booster club. It's part of the price families see, so nobody has to collect donations at the door, and the store can show the progress toward your goal.
- A dollar amount or a percent. It can differ by item, and you decide whether the store shows it.
- Paid by card, with no card fees added. No cash, no checks, no chasing payments. Each family's receipt goes straight to them.
- Paid to your group. By check or ACH, within 14 days of everything being made and delivered. We'll ask for your group's W-9 first.
- Nothing to buy up front. Everything is made to order after the store closes, so there's no leftover stock in a closet.
When to run a spirit wear sale
Many schools run one sale in the fall and one before the holidays. Count back from the day you want it handed out: about two weeks for families to order, then about 10 business days to make everything after the store closes.
Approve the designs early. The store opens once you've approved a proof of every design, so send the school logo and your picks a few days before you want the store to go live.

Need the gear by a set date? Tell us the date and we'll plan the close date back from it. The ready-by date is shown right on the store, so nobody has to ask.
Using your school's name and logo
Many districts have rules for their name, mascot and logo. Ask the school or the district office before the store opens, and send us the official logo file they give you. We'll match the school colors and show you every design on the proof.
The best file
A vector logo (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) prints and stitches the cleanest. A clear PNG or JPG works too, and our artwork guide explains the rest.

How does the fundraising work?
You choose a dollar amount or a percent to add to each item, and it can differ by item. It's built into the price families see, and we pay it to your group by check or ACH within 14 days of everything being made and delivered, once we have your group's W-9.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Families order as many or as few as they like. We print each design the way that costs least for the number sold: screen printing for bigger runs, full-color transfers for smaller ones. Either way it looks great and you pay the store price.
Can it be delivered to the school?
Yes. Everything is delivered free to your school, each order bagged and labeled with the student's name. Ask families for a grade or another group at checkout and it goes on the label too, so handing out takes minutes.
How long does a sale take from start to finish?
A store is usually open for two weeks, and everything is ready about 10 business days after it closes. Add a few days at the start to pick the lineup and approve the designs.
What about families who miss the handout?
They can pick theirs up free at our Hopewell Junction showroom, or the store can offer shipping to their home at the rate for their address. You choose which to offer.
Can the school pay by purchase order?
In a store, each family pays for its own order by card. When the school or district buys spirit wear itself, outside a store, we take purchase orders on approved accounts and handle the tax-exempt paperwork. Apply for an account online.
Can the store be private?
Yes. A store can have an access code and stay off the public list, so only families with the link and the code can order.
What if a size is wrong?
