Ordering uniforms for the first time? We'll walk you through it, from the first mockup to the day you hand out the jerseys. Tell us your opening day when you ask for a quote, and we'll tell you the latest date to approve your proof.

- 2Approve a proofWe send a proof of your jersey in your colors. Ask for changes, and nothing is made until you approve it.
- 3Collect sizes and numbersSend a roster with each player's size, name and number, or let parents pick their own sizes in a team store. Our sizing guide helps.
- 4Pick it up, or we ship itPick up free at our Hopewell Junction shop, or have it shipped. Team store orders come bagged and labeled with each player's name.
The Proof Promise. You approve a proof before anything is made. If what we deliver doesn't match the proof you approved, we reprint it free.
Team stores: parents order, you stop collecting cash
We build your team its own online store. Parents choose sizes, add a name and number where you allow it, and pay by card at checkout. Everything is made together and arrives bagged and labeled with each player's name.
- Fundraising built in. Add a dollar amount or a percent to any item, and we pay it to your group by check or ACH after everything is made and delivered. We'll ask for your group's W-9 first.
- No envelopes of cash. Every order is paid by card when it's placed, and the receipt goes straight to the family.
- You pick the dates. The store closes on the date you choose, and the order is ready about 10 business days later. Need a second round? We can reopen it.

Embroidery
Stitched logos on polos, quarter-zips, caps and bags, done in our shop. Your logo is digitized once, for $35, and kept on file for every reorder.
Heat-applied names and numbers
Pressed on in our shop, so in most cases we can add a jersey for a new player in the middle of the season.
Full-color printing (DTF)
Full color and fine detail with no screens to pay for, and no minimum.
Screen printing
The best price per piece on larger runs. It starts at 12 pieces, with the screen setup built into the price.
When to order team uniforms
Depending on the styles, most team orders take about 5 to 14 business days to make after you approve the proof, plus about 2 business days to ship. Order in these windows and there's time for a proof, sizes and production before opening day.

What's the minimum order for team uniforms?
It depends on the style. Some styles start at one piece, and some need 6 or more; we'll tell you with your quote. Screen printing starts at 12 pieces, and under that we print in full color instead, which has no minimum.
How long does a team order take?
Depending on the styles, about 5 to 14 business days to make after you approve the proof, plus about 2 business days to ship. Rush options are available on many styles. Tell us your opening day when you ask for a quote, and we'll tell you the latest date to approve.
Can you match our uniforms from last year?
Yes, in most cases. Send a photo of last year's jersey and your roster, and we'll match the colors, layout and player numbers as closely as the available styles allow.
Do you charge setup or art fees?
Some. An embroidered logo is digitized once, for a one-time fee of $35 a logo, and we keep the file for reorders. If your art has to be redrawn as a vector, there can be a charge, and we'll tell you before you approve anything. Screen printing setup is built into the price per piece.
Can parents order and pay on their own?
Yes. With a team store, each family picks sizes, adds a name and number where you allow it, and pays by card at checkout. You send one link, and we deliver everything bagged and labeled with each player's name.
Can our league raise money on uniforms or spirit wear?
Yes. In a team store you add a dollar amount or a percent to any item, and it's built into the price families see. We pay it to your group by check or ACH within 14 days of everything being made and delivered, once we have your group's W-9.
Do you work with schools and booster clubs?
Yes. Schools, districts and nonprofit groups like booster clubs and leagues can apply for an account to pay by purchase order on Net 30 terms and keep a tax exemption on file. Our W-9 and certificate of insurance are on the vendor setup page.
Can we stop by and talk it through?
Yes. Visit us at 10 Corporate Park Drive, Suite D in Hopewell Junction, Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm or Saturday 12:30pm to 4:30pm, and we'll go over styles, colors and decoration with you. You'll see a proof of your jersey before anything is made.
