Every price includes one of the 13 standard borders, a background texture, a brushed finish, one background color and a detailed proof drawing. Plaques come in any size from 2 x 2 to 38 x 84 inches; a size between two in our price list is priced as the next larger one. Freight is added at checkout. Orders up to $5,000 can be paid in full online; for larger orders, send a quote request and we'll invoice you.

Bronze, brass or aluminum
Every plaque is one solid plate of metal: the lettering and the border stand up from a textured, painted background. Choose the metal for the look and the budget.

Bronze and brass plaques are 1/4 or 5/16 inch thick, depending on the size. Aluminum is 5/16 inch, with 1/4 inch available. Thinner 1/8 inch plaques can be up to 18 x 18 inches.

Mounting your plaque
Choose the mounting that suits your wall when you order. The studs and screws, and the rosettes on a rosette mounting, are included in the price. We don't install, so your contractor or maintenance crew puts it up.
Indoors on a smooth surface, a plaque can also be tape mounted. Or choose a plain back, with no holes and no hardware, for a plaque you'll set or fasten yourself. A mounting pattern, a template that marks where to drill, is $40 for plaques under 24 inches and $80 for 24 inches and up.
Rosettes
Decorative caps for the mounting screws, in seven styles and 1/2, 3/4, 1 and 1 1/2 inch sizes. They're included with the rosette mountings, usually one in each corner; extra rosettes are $37 each.
R-1 comes in 3/4, 1 and 1 1/2 inch; R-4 and R-7 in 1 and 1 1/2 inch.

The plaque must be at least 6, 7 or 8 inches tall for the 1, 1 1/2 and 2 inch posts. Plaques over 24 inches wide go on two posts.
Portraits, photos and logos
Your logo in raised metal is included when the artwork is clean enough to tool; if it needs redrawing, we'll tell you before you approve anything. For a portrait or full color, add one of these. Each can be up to 10 inches; larger ones are quoted.

Braille and ADA room signs
ADA compliant braille is free on any plaque. Our standard ADA room sign is 7 x 8.5 inches, with raised letters, braille and a stipple or sand background: $269 in aluminum, $445 in bronze and $445 in brass.
A lifetime guarantee, indoors or out
If your plaque ever fades, breaks or shows a defect, it will be refinished or replaced at no cost, as long as it stays where it was first installed. Harsh weather and tough locations are covered too. Taking a plaque down and putting it back up isn't.

Yes. Your design is machined into one solid plate of lead free bronze, or brass or aluminum, so the raised lettering and the background are one piece of metal. You get the same beautiful results as a sand cast plaque, at a lower cost.
How much does a bronze plaque cost?
It depends on the size and the metal. An 8 x 10 inch bronze plaque is $495 and a 12 x 18 is $1,188, with the border, texture, brushed finish, one color and a detailed proof drawing included. Aluminum costs less: an 8 x 10 is $316. Freight is added at checkout.
How long does a plaque take?
It ships about 3 weeks after you approve your proof, plus about 5 business days by ground freight, to you or to our shop for pickup. Need it by a date, like a dedication or a memorial service? Tell us when you order and we'll tell you if it can make it.
Can I see my plaque before it's made?
Yes. The designer shows your wording on the plaque as you go, and you approve a detailed proof drawing before anything goes into production. You're also welcome to stop by our Hopewell Junction shop to see and feel sample plaques.
Can a bronze plaque go outdoors?
Yes. Bronze, brass and aluminum plaques are made for indoors or out, and the lifetime guarantee covers both, harsh weather included. The flash bronze finish is for indoors only.
