Ultra smooth cards are 3.5 by 2 inches on a 16 pt uncoated card with a perfectly even, bright white surface, printed in full color on one side or both, in 25, 50, 75, 100, 250, 500, 750 or 1,000. Design yours online, or upload your own file.
Why uncoated and smooth
A coated card has a sheen; ultra smooth has none, so it never glares under a light and it takes a pen easily. Unlike a textured uncoated card, its surface is completely even, so thin lines and small type print sharp.
Small runs
Ultra smooth starts at 25 cards: right for a new hire, a trial run of a new design, or a short event. Order more when the design is settled.
Designing for ultra smooth
Uncoated paper absorbs a little more ink than a glossy card, so colors print slightly softer and deeper. Simple layouts, generous white space and one accent color look best.
How ordering works
Design it online: start from one of our templates or your own logo, or upload a print-ready file in the designer, and see the price for every quantity as you go. The price is for the whole order, from 25, and the more you order, the less each one costs. We check every file and send a proof within 1 business day, and nothing is made until you approve it. It is ready to pick up or ships 6 to 7 business days after you approve the proof. Pick it up free at our Hopewell Junction shop, or we ship it anywhere in the US.

Can I write on ultra smooth cards?
Yes. The uncoated surface takes ballpoint, gel and felt tip pens well.
How many can I order?
25, 50, 75, 100, 250, 500, 750 or 1,000 at a time.
Can they have rounded corners?
No. Ultra smooth cards come with square corners only. For rounded corners, choose another paper.
How long do ultra smooth cards take?
They are printed in 4 to 5 business days after you approve your proof, then ready for pickup at our shop or shipped to you. Rush is not available on ultra smooth cards.

Good to know
