How fast can I get my printing?
Most product pages show the day your order will be ready, counted in business days from when you approve your proof, not from when you order. Business cards are ready for pickup 4 to 5 business days after you approve the proof, and the cards on this page show the time for each item. In a hurry? Business cards, postcards, invitations, palm and rack cards, flyers, bookmarks and menus can be printed the next business day when you order by 11 AM Eastern on a business day. See rush printing.
Will I see a proof before you print?
Yes. We send a free proof within 1 business day, and nothing is printed until you approve it. If what we deliver doesn't match the proof you approved, we reprint it free: that is our Proof Promise. The one exception is next business day rush, where the design you approve on screen is your proof.
What file should I send?
A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) is best, because it stays sharp at any size. A high-resolution PNG or JPG works too, and our designers check it against the size you're printing, so you know before you order whether it will look sharp. Our artwork guide explains resolution, bleed and color.
Can you design it for me?
Yes. Ask for design help in the designer and send us your logo and details: our designer lays it out for $65 on business printing like cards, postcards and brochures, and you approve a proof before anything is printed. Rather do it yourself? Start from one of our templates.
Is there a minimum order?
It depends on the item. Business cards start at 250, postcards at 100, brochures at 25 and carbonless forms at 250, and copies can be ordered one sheet at a time. Our Business Print page lists the minimum for every item.
Which paper should I choose?
Cards and postcards come in three thicknesses: Standard is a 14 pt card, Premium 16 pt, and Luxe 18 pt and laminated. Glossy makes colors and photos pop, matte has no glare and is easy to read and write on, soft touch feels velvety, and writable takes any pen. Flyers are glossy or matte. The designer offers only the papers made for the size you pick, and our specialty printing page covers pearl, kraft, metal and more.
Do you make copies?
Yes. Black and white or full color copies are priced per sheet as you order, from $0.06 a sheet with volume breaks, and are ready in 1 to 2 business days. Upload your file (PDF is best) on our copies page, then pick them up or have them shipped.
Can I pick it up, or do you ship?
Both. Pick it up free at 10 Corporate Park Drive, Suite D in Hopewell Junction, with no appointment needed: Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturday 12:30pm to 4:30pm. Or we ship it anywhere in the US, and checkout shows the shipping price before you pay. Within about 10 miles of the shop in Dutchess County? Call 845-202-7600 to ask about local delivery.
Can my business pay on account?
Yes, on an approved account. Businesses, schools, towns, fire companies and nonprofits can apply online in about five minutes, and we review applications within one business day. Approved accounts can pay on a purchase order with Net 30 terms, and a tax-exempt group sends its Form ST-119.1 with the application.
How do I reorder?
