What it's for
Riders hang on or under an agent's yard sign to say what changed: Under Contract, Open House, Sold, a phone number or an agent's name. The main sign stays in the lawn while the message on the rider moves with the listing. For the weekend itself, the directional arrows and signs are on the open house signs page, and more for agents, from yard signs to closing gifts, is on the real estate page.
Materials and options
Each rider is 6 by 24 inches, printed in full color on 4mm coroplast or aluminum. Coroplast is the light, everyday choice; aluminum is the stiffer one for riders that go back out listing after listing. Pair them with yard signs and business cards on the same order.
How ordering works
The minimum is 5, and the price of each drops at 10, 25, 50 and 100. Upload your artwork as you order, send it afterward, or have us design it for $65.00. We check the file and send a proof within 1 business day, and nothing is made until you approve it. Pick it up free at our Hopewell Junction shop, or we ship it anywhere in the US.
