VBS, mission trip and youth group shirts
Matching shirts make a group easy to spot on a field trip and look great in the photos. Screen printing starts at 12 pieces of a design in up to 6 ink colors, and full color printing has no minimum. Want each family to order their own size and pay for it? A team store takes the orders and payments online, and everything is made together and bagged by name.

Buying tax exempt
Your Exempt Organization Certificate
Religious organizations in New York that hold an Exempt Organization Certificate (Form ST-119) can buy without sales tax. Send us your Form ST-119.1 with your account application, and once we approve it, orders from your church's account are not charged sales tax while the certificate is valid. See exempt organizations at NYS Tax.
Ordering before you apply
Upload the certificate at checkout instead. We charge the sales tax on that order and refund it to the card or bank account you paid with once we approve the certificate. Purchase orders and Net 30 terms are available on approved accounts. See tax exemption and vendor setup.

Can a church buy tax exempt?
Yes. If your church holds a New York Exempt Organization Certificate, send your Form ST-119.1 with your account application. Once we approve it, orders from your account are not charged sales tax while the certificate is valid. Ordering before you apply? Upload the certificate at checkout; we charge the tax on that order and refund it once the certificate is approved.
Can each family order their own VBS shirt?
Yes. A team store gives your church its own online store. Each family picks sizes and pays by card, the store closes on the date you choose, and everything is made together and bagged by name. Part of every sale can go to the ministry if you like.
Is there a minimum on shirts?
Full color printed shirts have no minimum. Screen printing starts at 12 pieces of a design and costs less per shirt as the run grows. Some styles have their own minimum, and the designer tells you.
How far ahead should we order for Christmas or Easter?
Give yourself a few weeks. Banners are ready in about 5 business days after you approve the proof, shirts take about 10 business days, and many print items can be printed the next business day on rush. Tell us your date, and we will tell you the last day to order.
Can names be added to a plaque over the years?
Yes. A perpetual plaque has room for a new name or plate each year, and we engrave the additions in our shop. Recognition plaques are designed and priced online.
Can you make name tags for our whole greeter team?
Yes. Pick one design, then type the names in, paste them from a spreadsheet or upload the spreadsheet itself. You see every tag before you order, and the price per tag drops as the team gets bigger.
