What it's for

Printed letterhead makes every letter, invoice, estimate and quote look like it came from the same company. It suits law and accounting offices, medical practices, real estate offices, contractors, churches and town departments that still send a lot on paper. Size, paper and printing

Letterhead is 8.5 by 11 inches, US letter, printed in full color on 60 lb uncoated paper that runs through a laser or inkjet printer and takes a pen. Print the front only, or the back too for terms, a map or a second page footer. Order from 100 sheets to 10,000; the price is for the whole order.

Room for the letter

A letter is typed in the middle of the page, so the designer keeps that writing area clear: your logo and name go across the top, your address, phone and website along the bottom or down a side. "Check my design" tells you if anything sits where the letter will be typed. Every template is laid out that way.

Printing on it in the office

Uncoated paper takes toner and ink the way plain office paper does. Load the sheets face up or face down as your printer asks for letterhead, and print a test page first. Full color runs right to the edges, so a band or a color across the top looks the same on every sheet.

Matching envelopes

Our envelope designer prints #10 business envelopes with the same logo and return address, with a window or without, gummed or peel and seal.

How ordering works

Design it online: start from one of our templates or your own logo, or upload a print-ready file in the designer, and see the price for every quantity as you go. The price is for the whole order, from 100, and the more you order, the less each one costs. We check every file and send a proof within 1 business day, and nothing is made until you approve it. It is ready to pick up or ships 4 to 6 business days after you approve the proof. Pick it up free at our Hopewell Junction shop, or we ship it anywhere in the US.
