What it's for

Printed envelopes put your logo and return address on every bill, letter and card you mail, so the envelope is recognized before it is opened. Pair them with letterhead, or get both in the Office Stationery Kit.

Sizes, paper and printing

Six sizes: #10 business envelopes (4 1/8 by 9 1/2 inches), with a window or peel and seal if you like, A2 envelopes (4 3/8 by 5 3/4) for notecards and thank you cards, A7 envelopes (5 1/4 by 7 1/4) for invitations and 5 by 7 cards, 6 by 9 envelopes (5 7/8 by 9), and 9 by 12 and 10 by 13 catalog envelopes. Each is printed in full color on the front, the return address side, on 60 lb uncoated white paper, the weight of 24 lb bond, and priced for the whole order from 100. Design them online: start from a return address template that matches your cards, and the post office's areas are kept clear for you. The designer measures how much of the front the ink covers as you go, and the price follows: a return address and a logo are usually well under 25%. Sending cards? Our folded greeting cards can come with plain white envelopes, or print these to match. Need another size or paper? Tell us what you need.

How ordering works

Design it online: start from one of our templates or your own logo, or upload a print-ready file in the designer, and see the price for every quantity as you go. The price is for the whole order, from 100, and the more you order, the less each one costs. We check every file and send a proof within 1 business day, and nothing is made until you approve it. It is ready to pick up or ships 6 to 7 business days after you approve the proof. Pick it up free at our Hopewell Junction shop, or we ship it anywhere in the US.
