Table Tents

What it's for

Table tents stand on the table and sell what you want sold: tonight's special, happy hour, the dessert menu, a QR code for ordering, the wifi password, a table number or a fundraiser's raffle. Hotels use them for room service and the front desk, offices and clinics for check-in, and agents at an open house. Design yours online: each face stands as people will see it.

Sizes and printing

Choose 4 by 6.25 inches, the standard, or 5 by 5.5 inches, each face standing, printed in full color on 14 pt card with a matte finish that reads without glare under restaurant lights. Both faces print the same design, or each its own, at the same price. They go out with your menus on one order, and the Restaurant Opening Kit includes 250 of them with menus, aprons and a banner.

How it folds

A table tent arrives flat, scored and slit: one long sheet with the back face, the front face and a support flap at each end. Fold it in the middle so the faces lean together, fold the flaps under, and slide the two slits into each other: the base locks and the tent stands on its own. It takes a few seconds, and flat tents store and ship without creasing.

In the designer

You design each face the right way up, the front and the back, or one design for both. On the sheet the back face prints upside down so it reads the right way once folded; the designer turns it for you, and its preview shows the sheet as it prints and the tent on the table.

How ordering works

Design it online: start from one of our templates or your own logo, or upload a print-ready file in the designer, and see the price for every quantity as you go. The price is for the whole order, from 100, and the more you order, the less each one costs. We check every file and send a proof within 1 business day, and nothing is made until you approve it. It is ready to pick up or ships 6 to 7 business days after you approve the proof. Pick it up free at our Hopewell Junction shop, or we ship it anywhere in the US.
