Sizes that qualify
EDDM mail has to be a "flat": longer than 10-1/2 inches or taller than 6-1/8 inches. Our three sizes all qualify, wide or tall: 6.5" × 9", 6" × 11" and 8.5" × 11". (A common 6" × 9" card does not.) The bigger the card, the more it stands out in a stack of mail; 6" × 11" is a popular middle ground.
The mailing side
One side of the card carries the postage box in the top right corner, with "Postal Customer" below it, and your return address at the top left. We print those on every card for you and keep a clean panel around them; the rest of that side carries your offer, hours, a QR code and an expiration date. EDDM cannot carry names, addresses or personal information.
How it works here
- Pick a design and make it yours; choose the size, wide or tall.
- Pick the carrier routes: enter a ZIP code and tick the routes on the map, each with its count of homes and businesses. Or tell us the neighborhoods in a note.
- Approve the proof. We print, bundle by route, do the paperwork and drop them at the post office. Postage is included in the price.
