13 events & parties T-shirt templates

Every one opens in the designer ready to edit: your words, your colors, your logo. Shown on a white T-shirt; pick any garment and color in the studio.

Parties and trips

"Bride" in script and "bride squad" for the rest, "groom crew" for the other side, a milestone birthday, a girls trip with the destination and the year: party shirts are about the words, so the templates keep them big and the colors bright. DTF is the usual method for a small party order, since it has no minimum and prints any color.

Volunteers and staff

  • VOLUNTEER across the back, so people can find help in a crowd.
  • Volunteer fire company: the company name for the carnival and the fund drive.
  • Event tee: the event, the date and the town.
  • Embroidered volunteer heart: a small chest mark for board members and regulars.

Timing

Apparel takes about 10 business days after the proof. For a wedding weekend or a trip, order a month ahead; collect sizes first, and keep a spare or two in the middle sizes.

From the shop: For a bachelorette or a trip, pick one shirt color that works for everyone, and let each person choose a fit and size.

What is the minimum for bachelorette shirts?

With DTF there is no minimum, so a party of six orders six. Screen printing gets cheaper from about two dozen.

Can the fire company's name go on volunteer shirts?

Yes, with the company's approval; department patches and seals go on when the company supplies them.
