At a job fair
Recruiters at a job fair have seconds to catch a walker. The "job fair, roles and pay" stand lists three or four roles with their pay ranges, then a large scan to apply code and yourwebsite.com/jobs. Put your logo at the top so people can find your table again.
Pay on the stand
New York's pay transparency law (Labor Law 194-b) asks employers with four or more employees to show the pay or range for a specific job in any ad, printed ones included. Listing it also answers the first question every visitor asks. Keep the wording neutral: "team member", "server", never "young" or "recent grads".
In the store
A "join our team" stand by the entrance works for weeks; with a QR code, customers apply from their phones while they shop. Nurses and servers have their own templates with the role and the pay.
From the shop: At a job fair, have a small stack of cards with the same QR code on your table. Some visitors would rather apply at home than on their phone in the aisle.
