Where a stand earns its keep
- Inside the open house: a welcome stand in the foyer with the agent, the brokerage and a QR code for the listing sheet.
- In the office lobby: the brokerage's brand and the agents' faces.
- At home shows and community events: the agent with a photo and "thinking of selling?" style messaging.
- For a featured listing: the photo, the price and the highlights, for a showing or a broker open.
The license lines still apply
A banner stand is advertising under 19 NYCRR 175.25, so an agent named on it brings the license type, "Licensed Real Estate Salesperson" or "Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker", and the brokerage name, and any phone that is not the office's is labeled as a cell. Team names use "team" followed by "at" and the brokerage. Describe a featured listing honestly, and never promise it will appreciate.
Photos
An agent headshot or a listing photo on an 81 inch stand needs a large original file; the designer tells you if yours will print soft. Put the face or the house in the middle third, at eye level.
