School colors
The team or school design carries the school name on the valance and a mascot space on the roof, in your colors. School marks go on with the school's permission; the templates use a generic mascot space until you upload yours.
One tent, many years
A PTO tent without a date or event name serves every event for years, and packs into its carry bag in the storage room. The 10 × 10 fits most school fields and parking lots. Assign the tent to one volunteer each season, with a checklist of the frame, the canopy, the weights and the stakes, and it comes back complete every time.
From the shop: Practice putting the tent up once before the event with two people. It takes a few minutes, and much less the second time.
