Repeat or photo wall
A step and repeat tiles the school or class logo behind every photo, so it shows wherever students stand. A photo wall puts one big title, such as "Homecoming 2026" or "Senior Prom", behind the group, with a hashtag underneath. Both photograph best on a mid-tone color, so the templates use school colors like maroon, navy and purple rather than pure black or white.
For the events of the year
- Homecoming in the fall, with the year and the team.
- Prom, with the year and a class hashtag.
- Sports banquet, with a trophy and the athletics program.
- Graduation, the class year over the school logo.
Planning ahead
Backdrops ship straight to you, usually about 2 business days after you approve the proof, plus transit, so order two weeks before the dance. The frame sets up without tools and packs into a carry bag. School marks go on with the school's permission.
From the shop: Set the backdrop up in the gym the afternoon before the dance and take one test photo with a phone flash. A wrinkle or a shadow is easy to fix then and hard to fix at 8 PM.
