The tables a school sets up
- Check-in: at open house, conferences and the book fair, "check in here" in big letters on the front.
- The PTO table: the PTO's name, the school and "join us" or the fundraiser.
- Spirit: the school or team name over a mascot space, in school colors.
- Thank you: for the volunteers' breakfast and teacher appreciation week.
Runner or throw
A school often owns plain tablecloths already, so a runner in school colors is the low-cost way to brand every table. For the table that goes to every event, a closed throw with the school name hides the boxes underneath. School marks go on with the school's permission.
Built for the closet
Leave the year off and one cover serves for years. It folds into a bag and lives in the supply closet between events.
From the shop: Label the bag with the school name and keep it with the folding tables. The cover gets used far more when it lives with the tables.
