Sponsor walls

For a benefit or a festival, the sponsor wall is often the most valuable thing a sponsor gets: their logo in every photo. The sponsor wall designs repeat each sponsor's logo across the wall, with the event name worked in. Ask sponsors for vector logos (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) so they print crisp at 16 inches wide.

Photo walls

Prom and sweet 16: the event name and year large in the middle, with a light repeat around it.
Weddings: the couple's names or a wedding hashtag, in quiet colors that suit the room.
Galas: gold on teal or another rich pairing, with the organization's logo.
Races: a race hashtag at the finish line for the medal photos.

A single big logo with no repeat is a "photo wall" rather than a step and repeat; both are here.

Plan the timing

Backdrops ship straight to you, usually about 2 business days after you approve the proof, plus transit. Order two weeks ahead for a gala or a wedding, and keep the frame: next year you order only a new print.

How ordering works

Pick a template and change the words, colors and logo. The price updates as you go.
Approve your proof. We check the file and send a proof; nothing is made until you say so.
Get it. Step and repeat backdrops are made to order and ship in about 2 to 3 business days after you approve your proof, plus transit time. It ships straight to you; the shipping cost shows before you pay.

If what we deliver doesn't match the proof you approved, we reprint it free.

Can a step and repeat have two logos?

Yes. The "two logos, alternating" and "two partners" designs alternate a pair of logos across the wall, and the sponsor wall takes several.

Should our event hashtag go on the backdrop?

Yes, if you want guests to post under it. Keep it short and at least 3 inches tall, repeated so it shows in most photos.
