What the table says
- Now accepting new patients, with the practice and phone, for dental and family medicine.
- Flu shots today, for the pharmacy table in the fall.
- First class free, with a QR code to book, for a gym.
- Walk-ins welcome and scan to book, for a salon or spa.
What licensed professions may say
Licensed health professions in New York may not advertise unprovable superiority or guarantee results, so the templates avoid "best" and "painless". The insurance line reads "Most major insurance accepted. Call to confirm your plan." The pharmacy design uses a syringe and plain words, never a red cross.
Throw or runner
A full throw hides the boxes of brochures under the table; a runner over the event's plain cloth costs less and puts your name front and center, with a QR code on the table top. Covers ship straight to you about 2 business days after you approve the proof, plus transit.
From the shop: Bring a short stack of cards with the phone and insurance line at the table. Health fair visitors rarely call that day, but they keep a card on the fridge.
