Should we print our signatures?

A handwritten signature is noticed; a printed one is not. Print the message and sign each card, or print the team's names under a short note if there are too many cards to sign.

What paper is best for writing inside?

Writable: its inside is plain card that takes a ballpoint, a gel pen or a marker without smudging.
