At the office
A welcome sign by the front desk tells visitors where to check in; a directory by the elevator lists the suites; an arrow down the hall finds the conference room. Foam board hangs on a wall with adhesive strips and comes down cleanly when the office changes.
At a trade show
A booth number big enough to read down the aisle, the company and the website: a 24" × 36" foam board on an easel at the front of the booth works with a banner stand behind it. It is light enough to pack in a bag with the stand.
