What goes in the corner
Lead with the brokerage. New York expects real estate advertising to name the brokerage clearly, and stationery that reaches a client works best when it reads the same way. The templates set the brokerage first, then the agent's name with the license type written out ("Licensed Real Estate Salesperson" or "Associate Broker"), then the office address. The Equal Housing mark sits beside them, small.
Closing packets and listing presentations
The 9" × 12" and 10" × 13" designs carry the same corner plus a line in the lower half, such as "Closing documents enclosed" or "Your home is our business", so a packet handed across the table looks as finished as the listing presentation inside it.
From the shop: Order envelopes with your business cards and letterhead in the same look: one proof covers the set, and the pieces match when they land on a client's table.
