A mailer that gets used
The front sells one offer with a picture and a headline: "$5 off $25", "20% off storewide", "grand opening, Saturday, October 10". The back gives the details: what the offer covers, the address and hours, a QR code, and an expiration date, which is what turns a nice card into a trip to the store. Keep the offer the same on both sides so nobody has to hunt for it.
Offers by business
- Restaurants: a coupon, new on the menu, catering.
- Retail: storewide sale, Black Friday and Small Business Saturday (November 27 and 28, 2026).
- Services: spring cleanups booking now, "working in your neighborhood this week", tax season appointments.
- Healthcare: a new patient special with its end date and "additional charges may apply", as New York asks of price ads for licensed professions.
- Hiring: now hiring, with the pay.
Who gets it
Mail to your own customer list for "we miss you" and loyalty offers; hand cards out at the counter for the next visit; and for new customers in a neighborhood, Every Door Direct Mail reaches every address on a route. A 4" × 6" card is the cheapest to mail; 8.5" × 5.5" gives the offer more room.
