Get people where they are going
Plan the A-frames along the path a guest walks: event parking at the lot, "this way" arrows at each turn, register here or check-in by last name at the door (A to L, M to Z), then restrooms and information inside. Use one color pair for every sign at the event, and print each arrow on both sides so it works coming and going.
Fundraisers and galas
- Silent auction with the time bidding closes, and raffle tickets with the price.
- Welcome signs for a gala or a wedding, in quieter type for photos.
- Reserved for the front tables.
- School and PTO events: fundraisers, the fun run, the charity car wash.
Reuse them
Leave the date off parking, arrows, restrooms and check-in signs and they work at every event you run. Swap only the welcome insert. A-frames fold flat and store in a closet between events.
