Get the crowd there
Start at the door and follow the path a guest walks to registration, the hall, the restrooms. Put a "this way to" arrow at every turn and one every 20 to 30 feet on long corridors, all in the event's color. Guests follow a floor trail without thinking about it, and staff answer fewer questions.
At the room
- Line starts here at registration and the bar.
- First aid, green and white, at the station.
- Smile, tag us in front of the step and repeat, with the event hashtag.
- Keep 6 feet apart spacing markers when an event asks for them.
For one day
Event graphics usually come up the same night. Check with the venue on its floor finish and its rules about decals before you place them, and plan who takes them up at the end.
From the shop: Tape a sample to the venue floor during the walkthrough. It tells you whether the size reads and whether the floor finish takes a decal.
