Welcome signs
A wedding or gala welcome sign on an easel is read up close and photographed, so it is set in quieter type, Playfair Display with a script accent, and printed on flat 3mm ACM that does not bow. 18" × 24" and 24" × 36" are the usual easel sizes. Put the names and the date, and nothing else.
Around the venue
- VIP parking and reserved, for the lot and the front tables.
- Silent auction, with the time bidding closes.
- Golf hole sponsor: the sponsor's logo, "this hole sponsored by", on a stake at each tee.
Keep them for next year
Aluminum and ACM signs store flat and come out again, so leave the year off the ones that repeat: VIP parking, reserved and the golf sponsor frame. Each sponsor's sign is its own order line with its own logo.
From the shop: Easel signs look best on a sturdy easel, not a tripod for paintings. Ask the venue whether they have one before the day, or bring your own.
