Fill the roster

A registration banner on the fence by the field is how most youth leagues find next season's players. Give it the season and sport, the ages, the sign-up deadline and a short web address; a QR code helps on banners people walk up to. Baseball and softball sign-ups, tryouts with the date and time, and summer camp are all in the set.

Sponsor banners

Sponsor fence banners pay for uniforms and field fees. The sponsor's logo takes most of the height, with "proud sponsor of Ridgeline Youth Soccer" under it. On an open ball field fence use mesh, 3 × 6 or 3 × 8 ft, with grommets every two feet; each sponsor gets its own banner, and a "thank you to our sponsors" banner lists them all.

Celebrate the season

Champions with the year and the division: "2026 champions, 12U soccer".
State bound and senior night, for the gym wall and the fence.
Home of the team and go team, for the season opener.

Pro, college and league logos are trademarks; use your own team's art, with permission for school marks.

How ordering works

Pick a template and change the words, colors and logo. The price updates as you go.
Approve your proof. We check the file and send a proof; nothing is made until you say so.
Get it. Most banners are ready in 2 to 4 business days after you approve your proof. Pick it up free at our Hopewell Junction shop, or we ship it to you.

If what we deliver doesn't match the proof you approved, we reprint it free.

What size is a sponsor fence banner?

Usually 3 × 6 ft or 3 × 8 ft, in mesh so the wind passes through the fence. Keep the sizes the same across sponsors so the fence looks even.

Can we add a QR code for registration?

Yes. On a banner people walk up to, make the code at least 3 inches across and add the short web address next to it.
