A card at every register
A card in every bag reminds a customer where they found what they love. A loyalty back turns it into a reason to come back, and the hours and address on the back answer the questions before they are asked.
What is in the set
- Boutique: a serif shop name in a thin pink frame, with the shop hours on the back.
- Florist: a green band with a flower, and a QR code to order for any occasion.
- Bakery: an arched line over a warm red name, and eight rings to punch, the eighth loaf on the house.
- Pet supply: a bone, a paw and a fish in orange circles, and ten paws to stamp for a free bag.
- Bookstore: a shelf of colored spines, and ten spines to stamp for money off the next book.
- Jeweler on pearl: a gold diamond over the store name, and what you do in the studio on the back.
Rewards that bring them back
A punch card works because it is simple: a customer sees how close they are to the reward every time they open their wallet. Keep the reward easy to understand, a free loaf or a free bag, and write it on the card so nobody has to ask. Order enough for a few months and keep a stack by the register.
